Multi-strand&slab coupler anchorage can improve the length of the pre-cast structural, decrease the thickness and material usage

QR coupler anchorage used widely in joint part that pc strand been instanlled and stressing already. It is especially suitable for thin corss section pre-cast concrete that needs to load heavy weight, and suitable for hin, high and long pre-cast concrete meanwhile. This system anchorage can improve the lenght of the strcutural, devrease the thickness and save correspondingly material.

When the length of strand is too long to avoid the lose of pre-stressed force. Coupler will be applied, it constituted of anchor head, wedge, bearing plate, extrusion parts. spiral bar. and other elements.

The strands are anchored using the compressing fittings positioned onto the coupler head grooves.

coupler head + coupler casting + coupler cover + compressing fitting + duct + grouting pipe etc.
