Arc bonded slab anchorage

QR slab anchorage system realize the super long spans in bulidng construcion with more thin beam and floor, which can save cost.

The composition of QR Bonded Slab Anchorage system:

The anchorage system of 3 holes, 4holes, 5holes specifications could be worked with the size of 12.7mm. 13.2mm,15.24mm and 15.7mm pre-stressed concrete strand, which including anchor head, wedges, pc strand, anchor plate, flat plastic duct, restrained ring, grouting pipe and saucer shape mould.

 

The advantage of QR Bonded Slab Anchorage:

l         Widely applied to the building and other constructions.

l         A significant save in the use of concrete and reinforcing steel bar, and make the project cost reduced and ecnomic.

l         To achieve much larger spans of distribution for the load-bearing beams and slab

l         Compared with the traditional straight flat anchor: the friction forces decreased much less when stressing by bonded slab anchorage, and reduced the pc strand broken percentage a lot.

 

Stressing system of QR Bonded Slab Anchorage:

According to the construction requirements, this system can be classified as mono stressing and multi-holes stressing.
