Unbonded mono slab anchorage

QR unbonded prestressed anchorage is widely applied in the structures above mentioned, no need grouting in construction process.

QR Non-bonded prestressed flat anchorage system does not need to leave the empty hole beforehand and no need to have processes such as grouting after stressing.

Compared with normal Post-tension system, there will be a coat of preservative oil and grease painted on the surface of PC strand, and been wrapped with protective material(such as plastic). The engineering process is same as normal tendons before grouting: laying and binding the non-bonded tendons in the mold for setting of concrete. When the strength of concrete reaches above 70%, stressing and anchoring can be carried on to finish all the post-tension process, which can simplified the construction technology greatly.

The hollow floor with QR Unbonded prestress flat anchorage system compared with other normal beams have many advantages: shorten the construction period, high durability, saving material, lighten the weight of structural, expend the space inside of the building etc.
